What does reverse word order do?
It swaps the words in a sentence while keeping the spacing, so “simple tools for text” becomes “text for tools simple”. English words are separated by spaces, so this mode is only offered on the English page.
Does it work with Chinese, emoji, and multiple lines?
Yes. Chinese characters, emoji, and other Unicode text are reversed as whole characters and are never broken apart. Multi-line text is reversed line by line.
Why is there a 10,000 character limit?
The whole text is reversed again on every keystroke, so the limit keeps typing smooth on phones and older laptops. 10,000 characters is more than a social post, a puzzle, or a full page of text.
